About
Quality of Life Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2009, bridging gerontology research with practical care for older adults, families, and aging services partners.
We assist aging services and long-term care providers to ensure quality of life is provided to older adults around the world. Our work spans direct service, research, education, and policy advocacy.
Founded by Dr. Min Cole in 2009, Quality of Life Group has grown from a small consultancy into a comprehensive nonprofit organization serving hundreds of families and partnering with dozens of care organizations across the country.
We envision a future where every older adult has access to compassionate, evidence-based care that honors their dignity, preferences, and unique life experiences.
Through our five core services, we work toward this vision by supporting individuals directly, training the next generation of professionals, and advancing the field of gerontology through research and education.
Dr. Min Cole establishes Quality of Life Group as a consultancy focused on geriatric care management and quality improvement for aging services.
QoLG achieves official nonprofit status, expanding capacity to serve families regardless of ability to pay.
Launch of Caregivers Support Groups and Development Coaching services, broadening our impact beyond individual care management.
