Program and Services

Potential programs and services in China:

1.        Development of regulatory standards and compliance issues/public policy:

       Help the Chinese different levels of government to create standardized system to guide and audit LTC institutions and community based services. Perform audits around the country, provide reports to the government and run the auditing system on a yearly basis.

2.        Project-based consulting:

       Assist private or government owned institutions and community based service providers in areas of writing business plan, operation manuals, policy and procedures, sales/marketing strategy, staff development, etc., provide on going modification and auditing services on a six months or yearly basis. Work with the government or private agencies by introducing technologies that improve medical access, communication, and access to information for those living in the institutions and private home settings in the community. Introduce partners with the franchise model institutions and home care agencies to begin delivering quality of care services in China working with U.S. companies.

3.        Senior housing development, management and operation for U.S. model of CCRC and/or LTC in China: 

       Identify opportunities to build Senior Housing in various parts of China serving as broker and liaison for the American firms. Serve as the consultant for the Chinese developers by providing investment opportunities, professional design and on going services during the whole process of the development process. Provide liaison and broker role between U.S. management and/or development companies and Chinese developers and/or business owners or companies by providing consulting role assisting the organization with adaption from US models to Chinese environment and getting business done correctly and effectively in China and guarantee the Chinese business entities get the best partner and most profitable business opportunities.

4.        Education, research, training, lectures, conferences, publishing, aging products, information software and charity activities:

Working with U.S. and Chinese universities for exchange programs/new programs, playing a role of liaison and broker as well as an educator in the programs in the US or/and China. Working as a recruiter for the U.S.universities for the Aging Service related programs. Set up research projects with the US and China scholars helping with getting access to the data and go through the whole research process. Provide training opportunities for the Chinese aging service professionals in China and the US. Providing opportunities for the U.S. specialists in aging services to give speech and lectures in China. Assisting the aging service related products, information software, conferences, publishing and charity opportunities in China and U.S.
